Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. They must also have expertise in social media marketing, analytics, and content creation. They will be responsible for managing a team of social media professionals and overseeing the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms.
Job Profile:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
Knowledge of creation of ads on different platform like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business etc
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company marketing and business objectives.
Identify target audiences, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and set measurable goals to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
Lead a team of social media specialists, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and
communications, to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
Can provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Monitor and analyse social media metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and other relevant tools.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Up-to-date with current trends and innovations in the social media and digital marketing landscape.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Command on English is a must.
