Job Description:
As a Meta Ads Manager at Flora Fountain, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through targeted and effective advertising strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies on Meta platforms to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns, including ad creative development, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this information to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes and updates to Meta advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices, and implement strategies to adapt to these changes effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
- Test and iterate on ad creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies or freelancers, as needed to support campaign execution and optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a digital advertising specialist, with a focus on Meta advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising tools and features, including Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Audience Insights.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Meta advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint certification) are a plus.
